Assembling PC, Trouble Shooting of PC, Basic Networking Problem,
Installation of Operating System and Ms Outlook or outlook express Installation.
Good technical knowledge and desktop level troubleshooting skills
Sufficiently good Analytical skills
Strong basic understanding of applications support; Ms Outlook or outlook express.
Should be ready for work 24*7 support
Qualification: Diploma /Any Graduate or Under Graduate
