Job Description:
Primarily responsible for sourcing profiles to the relevant Job Description assigned to him or her, within Wipro Infotech using various sourcing channels.
Servicing profiles as per the SLA, post validation.
Sourcing of quality profiles for various IT Skills
Responsible for managing the Full recruitment life cycle from understanding the requirement and furnishing them with relevant profiles
Identify candidates using different sourcing methodologies like referrals, Job search portals, internal database and web postings.
Should be able to build strong referral networks.
Associating with the vendors for the relevant profiles for the requirements.
Building internal database to ensure a robust pipeline
Setting up interviews with the interview panel.
Following up with candidates till they are on-board.
